As my head of data analysis, Avner made sure our voter targeting was on-point. He came up with novel ways of interpreting the canvassing data, giving us a clearer picture of our chances in the constituency. He also took active and leading roles in developing strategies for targeting and voter turnout, strategies which helped bolster our support. Avner presented data insight reports for the organising team on a weekly basis and carried out secondary research to support campaigning at the same time. He was a true team player, extremely trustworthy, a pleasure to be around, and an essential element of a campaign team that broke national records. With his help, we halved the opposition’s majority and bucked the national voting trend.
